Happy New Year to all of you from NCALTCF and our Members!
I would first like to thank the loyal partners we have returning each and every year – you are a real support system of this Association and its members. And to our potential newcomers, we welcome you to the NCALTCF family and look forward to including you in our successes and greater business opportunities for you and your company.
Our main event is the Annual Convention and Trade Show, which will be held in Winston-Salem, NC at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Benton Convention Center, 460 North Cherry Street, September 14th through the 18th, 2008. The Trade Show will be on Tuesday the 16th. You can find a copy of the 2008 Vendor Agreement in the Vendor Packet. This is a new location for our returning members. More details about potential changes will come to you later in the year.
The price for Associate Members is $50.00 and $700.00 for Exhibitor’s fee for a total $750.00. Additional booth space is available for $700.00 for each additional booth. This price entitles you to all Associate Member benefits for 12 full months. Please see the Association Application in the Vendor Packet.
Exhibitor benefits include:
· Your company’s website or email address posted on our website for twelve (12) full months
· The opportunity to meet hundreds of facility owners seeking your goods and services both in person and through our website
· A listing of your company with your address, telephone number, fax and contact information in our Annual Directory and Caring magazine
Another event hosted by NCALTCF annually is our Board Retreat and Fundraising Golf Tournament. The Board Retreat will be held May 28th, 2008 and the Golf Tournament will be held on April 16th and 17th, 2008 at Rivercrest Golf Club, Hickory, NC.
Sponsorship is available for all NCALTCF events. Sponsors who contribute the most financially throughout the year, either directly or in-kind donations, to either the Association or the Education Foundation will be honored through our Gem Club as follows:

All donations and sponsorship are equivalent to their monetary worth. Any gifts or donation toward raffle items or silent auction will be given a monetary amount. Unpaid co-education instructors’ time is calculated at $250.00 per credit hour.
Exhibitor fees, royalties and rebates will not be included in the calculation for the Gem Club award.
