Regulatory and economic change continues to affect our ability to deliver quality care to our residents and remain an attractive option for "assisted living" to the citizens of North Carolina. The North Carolina Association, Long Term Care Facilities is an ever-present influence on these changes, and we seek to represent your interest.

Our members have found that the best way to serve the frail elderly, and disabled population is to keep abreast on current and potential changes affecting our industry and employ "best practices" methodology to produce the most cost-effective service attainable.  The simplest way to achieve top performance and remain competitive is to become an active member of the North Carolina Association, Long Term Care Facilities, the original "assisted living" association in North Carolina.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are based on the number of licensed beds in your facility.  We offer a membership dues schedule with a flexible payment that helps to make access to these valuable resources, services and programs an affordable investment in your future.  Payment plans include annual, half, quarterly and monthly.

• Any for-profit or non-profit facility, firm, corporation or partnership and those who own, administer, manage, or operate an Assisted Living Home or similar type of residence which will be licensed or registered by the State of North Carolina.

• A Membership dues schedule based on the number of beds in your facility, with a flexible payment plan helps make access to these valuable resources, services and programs an affordable investment in your future.

• Membership dues are derived from a calculation base of $20.00 per licensed bed.

Associate Membership

Associate Membership Categories:

• Associate Membership - General

  • Administrators-in-Training, Government Agencies and Employees, Area Agencies on Aging including Ombudsmen and Community Advisory Committees, Adult Home Specialist and other government employees from state and local governments who's concern is assuring quality of care for assisted living residents.

  • Fee: $ 50.00 annually.

• Associate Membership - Vendors - Non-Exhibitors

  • Vendors who do not exhibit at Association functions.

  • All persons who are in any pre-stage of development of an Assisted Living Facility in North Carolina.

  • Fee: $ 400.00 annually.

• Associate Membership - Vendors - Exhibitors at our Annual Convention

  • Vendors who exhibit at our Association Annual Convention and Tradeshow

  • Fee: $ 750.00 annually - Combines Membership and Exhibitor fee!
