Dear Vendor;

 

Happy New Year to all of you from NCALTCF and our Members!

 

I would first like to thank the loyal partners that have returned each and every year – you are a real support system for this Association and its members.  We are pleased that we had a record-breaking number of new vendors become members this year; we welcome you to the NCALTCF family and look forward to including you in our successes and greater business opportunities for your company.

 

Our main event is the Annual Convention and Trade Show, which this year will be held again in Winston-Salem, North Carolina at the Benton Convention Center, September 20^th through the 24^th, with the Trade Show taking place on Tuesday the 22^nd.  Enclosed you will find a copy of the 2009 Exhibitors Participation Agreement.  Please be aware, we cannot hold your place for the trade show without the Exhibitor Participation Agreement and the Associate Membership Application completed and signed.

The price for Associate Members is $50.00 and $700.00 for Exhibitor’s fee for a total $750.00.   Additional booth space is available for $700.00 per individual booth.  This price entitles you to all Associate Member benefits for 12 full months.  For a list of those benefits please see the Associate Member Application. 

 

Exhibitor benefits include:

·        Your company’s website or email address posted on our website for twelve (12) full months

·        The opportunity to meet hundreds of facility owners seeking your goods and services both in person and through our website 

·        A listing of your company with your address, telephone number and contact information in our Annual Directory and Caring magazine

 

Year in and year out we do our best to appropriately recognize our Association sponsors, and this year will be no different. We are proud to announce that at this year’s show each sponsor’s booth will be recognized with special signage provided by the Association. And as an expression of our gratitude, there will be additional recognition for those special partners who have exhibited at our convention for five years or longer.

 

Don’t forget about our Gem Club membership. Sponsors who contribute the most financially throughout the year are eligible for the very special acknowledgment of:

 

·        Diamond Contributor – First Place

·        Emerald Contributor – Second Place

·        Ruby Contributor – Third Place

 

Gem Club membership has some great rewards, not only will you be singled out and recognized  at the vendors reception, your club membership will also be noted at your booth, in our convention notebook, and on our web site.
